RE: Oscar Herrero Flamenco Metronome... (in reply to cholo)
LOL. I prefer having all the information and functions upfront, instead of having to search my way through menus and submenus and subsubmenus and subsubsubmenus with alot of text in every menu and submenu and subsubmenu,.... Seems also reasonably priced. But most important to me would be how it sounds.

All you need is "click click click".
Solo compas - just one click on play ;) btw there was this member who programmed a freely programmable metronome. It was one of the most comprehensive software ive seen.

Downloaded this last night. To be fair, it's a little more than just a metronome - it's more like a full programable flamenco drum machine. The patches and samples sound great and you can tweak tempo, volume and panning in real time. This is really quite amazing for £14!

Though i'm sure it's fun to check the app out... it clearly doesn't make me interested at all (to buy this)... These samples... they seem even way worse then the drumkits i have on my pc. The 1/8 delay, cheezy effects.... it's a shame considered the possibilities of electronic music from nowadays..

Thank Ramirez, at least someone here coherent. All other talk without knowing that. Kooz, software for Mac and Windows costs 98 euros not 300, and has been constantly updated, see this video:

Well, I think all potty training metronomes can be compared. Dr. compas has better sounds, but in the end if you can't play to a basic click, you are not helping yourself out in the long run.

Yes the usb software is, but the orange toy isn't...I've mailed them for an update for Mac, but unfortunately only for Windows. ...firmware upgrades need to be sent to them...Just a piece of s€&& Not able to sent the patterns to the thingie because of some stupid error...tried different cables on mac and pc
Anyway...waste of money, ToysRus stuff is made of better quality.
