Pains in left hand. . .
While stretching a couple of heavy bungee cords last week I pulled or twisted something in my left hand that's causing me a lot of pain and aggravation. The pain is between the middle and ring fingers and seems to shoot down into the centre of the hand. Quite sharp. But its also erratic, and inconsistent. Not sure what triggers it? My local GP says its just a ligament problem that will go away in a few days. But its been about two weeks since it happenend, and it still feels sharp.? Do we have any medics, physios, or whatever, in here that might offer any advice. I can still play, (sort of) but stretching can be painfull. I'm wondering if I should give it a rest for a while? Would be hard, as I love to play for a couple of hours or more every evening.
