Ummm, "Orate" is the name of Diego's album, not the English verb.

Nothing in Swahili, but a couple of days ago, in another thread, I recall El Kiko listed a secondary (or was it primary?) meaning of "Cajon." His example of its use was something like: "I do my deepest thinking while sitting on the Cajon."

Now that we see another video of a luthier using it as a backdrop to his video, it seems people will always do what they want.

IMO, use it, just give him credit.

I see nothing wrong with it.

I'm not going to try to guess if the copyright police will complain, because they might, or they might not.

I think it's good for your potential visitors to hear that tune and see his name. It's an awesome tune, I love it. I think it's promotional for him too, as long as people buy his CD and pay to see him perform.

I plan to record some tunes of other guitarists, and I will encourage listeners, or purchasers of the CD I plan to sell, to buy the CDs of the original artists.

hahaaaa... I wonder if he got permission (definitely possible it looks like he is from Jerez)

I tried to contact Diego... his wife sent me a message on Facebook and sounded like she wanted to help but she wanted me to call her because she thought I spoke Spanish
