On the contrary Graham.... it probably will be in a brown envelope hidden behind the cistern in the 3rd lav in the "gents" at the train station. That's how they probably receive most of their "bonuses" themselves and it's hard to break a long habit.

Well; now it can be told: There was a rumour afoot from MI-5 that the Egyptians were planning an attack on Wigan to blow up the Pier. In retaliation for the cowardly British attacks on Cairo and Port Said.
And we didnt even have James Bond to save us back then.
