Assembling required!
opening
in jazz speak
C#maj [add #9] to A#m (add b5] to C7 b9
or if u think flats
Dbmaj (add#9) to Bbm (addb5) to C7 b9....

then
Bb maj #11 to A11b9 to Bbmaj7 #11 to Dmaj9/A to Gm6/A
then
Ebmaj7 #11 to Gm6/A to A7b9 to C7 to B7 to Em9

thats my contribution to name that chord for today
the jazz chord symbols are a feeble way to describe whats goin on....and other descriptive names could be thought of...but
your jazz friend should be able to work this out to suit his way of thinking ... then have a hell of time trying to improvise over it...
its early...having my morning coffee...trying to kick my brain into gear so be warned may need some proof reading

-0-0-----0
-6-6(5)-5
-6-6-----6
-6-6-----5
-4-x-----3
-x-6-----x

-0-0-0-0-0-0------0-0------0-3-2-0
-6-5-5-7-8-10(8)-8-10(8)-8-5-4-0
-7-7-7-6-7-7------7-7------6-3-2-0
-8-8-8-7-8-8------8-8------7-5-4-4
-x-x-0-0-0-6-------0-6------0-3-2-2
-6-6-x-x-x-x-------x-x-------x-x-x-0

may need to repeat a few chords but this is the outline for the 2nd guitar
