My photo of the week 26

On the way to the shops this morning, I noticed a Edward Hopper quality to the light, so I hung around a bit and this guy duly obliged me.

Wonderful picture!
I dig the pale colours.

Only would had tried to parallel the perpendicular.
( Sure, can be done post. I only personally take it as challenge to try framing as readily as I can from start.)

Good for you. I'll straighten it up when I get an exhibition

Grazie mille! Your encouragement means a lot to me Giambattista. Trying to figure what to do now, how to take it to another level. If I put my best on a special web site, would you buy some larger, hi-res framed prints do you think?

I was also thinking about putting them into a glossy coffee table type book for order on Blurb, or would that be a bit of a cliché? Any other ideas?

I am convinced you are ready for a book of your photographs.

One topic on which I believe you can "show a lot" could be:" Time and Light in the urban space ".

I would try! perhaps with some contacts in the university context, particularly architecture.

Yes, I believe you can do a lot in the theme of "The City's Architecture".

Hey Simon,

I like this photograph. To me it captures an illusive yet familiar atmosphere. The photo draws me into that atmosphere and has me feeling something that i can't put my finger on. If that makes sense? I have come back here to have a look at it a few times already.
