No, listen closely. He plays the power chord and it sounds really good. It is also clever choice because everybody is used to hear a Hm7b5 at that point. I mean you can still prefer B7 for your own playing, but from the point of a correct tab, it is simply a "wrong" choice.

I try these 3 codes(arrpegio string move 5>4>2>3>4).
x2323x ・・・・・ sounds normal thorticaly x2440x ・・・・・ sounds aggresive,but a little bit dengerous,but samotimes, flamenco likes and accepts these kind of sounds..but no theory,,,but personaly
x2120x ・・・・・sound not so bad...like a secondary dominanto?(I don't know well about theory.....so it maybe wrong..)
and thanks for explanation about "half-diminish"....I'm not used to the thory....
