You could check out www.homeaway.com, this is where I found my flat when I went to Sevilla. Most of the accommodations might appear expensive at first, but do write to the different landlords as most of them will have special rates for long term rentals. Otherwise, you could try to get the Fundacion to advise on places to live, I'm sure that they'll be very helpful. Mundoanuncio.com is also a good place to look for rentals. Prices will vary depending on where you wish to live. Considering where La Fundacion is located, the best place would be La Macarena, it's cheaper than Barrio de la Santa Cruz. If you're looking for even cheaper, look into Triana. It's on the other side of the river so it might be a bit far from La Fundacio, but my best advice would be to get a bike anyways... it's the best way to get around. Congrats and enjoy, Sevilla is great... I wished I could take a year off and do what you're doing too.
