Emilio Maya - new album in production
Just to let you all know that Andalamusica has put Emilio Maya' first solo CD Temple up at Amazon.co.uk. I was browsing there and found lots of sellers offering it for as much as £24.94 for a used copy.
A while back we sent 50 copies to a potential promoter in New York, who instead of contacting agents etc as promised promptly sold them and since then we see them popping up from a wide variety of US sellers. Anyway I have priced them at £15 stating they come direct from the artist himself and can be signed if desired. In the US they are still available at CDbaby at $18 ( And of course buying from these sources means the profit goes to Emilio, as do all digital sales wherever you buy them). If any of you already have the album dont forget to go and write him a review on both amazon and CDbaby sites. That would be really appreciated.
A signed special edition of Temple is also available in Japan http://shop.iberia-j.com/products/detail.php?product_id=1761 for any of you out there, and if you want classes with him i can put you in touch, just send a private message to me.
We are now working on Emilio's second solo CD pretty much every day in between his concerts and trips back and forth to Japan. We have had singers in from Jerez, as well as local hero Jaime Heredía, singing on a zambra/tango which is incredible so am very very excited right now. Will keep you all posted as to release date, but probably a long way off as Emilio returns to japan from September to November.

RE: Emilio Maya - new album in produ... (in reply to HolyEvil)
Yeah he goes to Tokyo and is in great demand there for classes and also playing for dancers. He has been spending a lot of time there. I hope to go out one day as my niece is also living and working there and I have never been.
