Flamenco show in my town - any good?
Anyone know anything about these guys?
A new show by rising stars from Madrid's Flamenco scene: "Caras del Querer."
Live music (song, flamenco guitar - Andres Heredia , percussion - Rafael Casado in collaboration with Footsong Dance Theatre) and original solo and duo choreography from dancers Magdalena Maria Christina and Paula Gomez Quintana is combined with the performance of new translations of traditional flamenco "letras".
ALSO PERFORMING - Isobel Soto (singer of the Spanish National Ballet Company)
p.s. I found it on the iPhone events app that I am writing i.e. 'flamenco within 1 mile of me'.

I played for her with a dance group from here in DC, a couple of times, last time was in December. She has a nice gitana voice, high keys like 6 por medio etc. I seriously doubt she is related to Merce or Sordera despite the same last name. If at all, it is pretty distant relation.
