Rumba Improvisada / Entre dos Aguas

Hi guitarists, a question about the music from the very known video by Paco de Lucia.
I think this video is from a Documental that the Tve made it in 1970

Rumba improvisada / Entre dos aguas

Well I've transcribed the Introduction, but I'm not very sure about the time,
the Introduccion for me it sounds like 3/4 ( am I right ? ) I mean from 0.00 min. to 1.00 min. then sounds 4/4 ( Rumba Compas )

I need expert support

Thanks László,
someone else's opinions ?

For the future, How can I be sure about what time signature should I use in scores ?

Yes it's 3/4 for the intro... What is the purpose of the score? Honestly, it doesn't really matter just makes things easier to read when the measures line up with the accentuations of the beat etc..

yes 3/4, just follow the back guitar's tremolo, it is clear cut in 3. THe rest I consider 2/4 instead of 4/4 but 4 works as well. Careful of the half compas that occurs in the middle, again, focus on the rhythm guitar where he stays on the E minor chord an extra measure.
