buleria modulation from intro to &qu...

Looking for the more music theory minded folks for a bit of advice/ideas on how I could do an effective modulation.

I'm trying to come up with a new buleria with an intro with a few falsetas from Rafael Cortes ("Alcaiceria" in Eb phryg.) and then dropping down eventually to traditional 'por medio' to continue with dancers + singer. I just can't find a good seamless way to modulate from Eb(phry) to A(phry) without actually jumping down and it standing out like a sore thumb.

Any ideas ?

I just messed around with it a little and I found a way that sounds pretty decent.. try something like this progression:

Eb---E---F#---B7---E7---E7b5---A7---(D7---G7---C7---F7---Bb---A)

last part optional but reinforces the new key.
Of course it will sound cooler if you find interesting voicings of those chords with weird notes and open strings and turn it into an arpeggio falseta or something.

basically throw a bunch of passing chords in there so when you get to the new key they forgot where they were before
