Rico_Kiko, I actually did rumba up this song for a friend who actually sang it. Truthfully, this is a good song, but, this video doesn't do her justice. I am kind of disappointed on how the singer claims she has study flamenco for 20 years (granted she is a rock/pop singer) with a loyal following, who CLAIMS to LOVE, flamenco. On their last tour they had a flamenco guitarist open up for them. Yes, a real flamenco guitarist with a dancer as well. I thought it was great because they jammed buleria, and the dancer was GREAT!!! Anyhow, she also went to spain to study dance about and also studies dance in LA. She should know better, however, I wonder why the flamenco dancer agreed to dance to this song? Thanks, Kalo

Well, I am not familiar with that singer, but if she is well-known, the dancer might do something like that just for the exposure. Hi vuduchyld, I agree with you the flamenco dancer doing this for the exposure, but, damn, they should of done it right!!! This singer has a loyal following, and I really want flamenco to be represented in the correct way!! quote:
I'm not much of a flamenco player yet, but to give you a similar situation....I love bluegrass and I do a bluegrass version of "Sweet Child of Mine" by Guns'n'Roses. If they ever invited me to join them in a video, even if they were playing rock and I was standing there with my Taylor acoustic, you can bet I would do it! Well, I can't say I would blame for joining Slash and the boys on version for Sweet Child of Mine! In my opinion that is great exposure
