hmmm....let's see here, for me, the things that come up; Things that really annoyed me this year:
1. My boss!!....for the awful schedule's!!...can't recall the last time I had a normal weekend.. 2. Republicans and them trying to stop anything which would benefit anyone else. 3. People bashing on other people.....oh wait isn't that what I am doing in 1 & 2?....never mind. 4. Hearing that in Europe right winged parties are gaining huge followers...

I just noticed this post and thought ... Yes , I can have a liitle rant here..... but it's not where to start , it's where to stop ..........
People who drive too slow People who are always in the wrong lane of roundabouts Women chatting to sales assistants about personal crap while I wait People who try to talk smart about something they really have no idea about Jedward People who say "Think outside the box" The smell of happy meals Mouldy carrots Claiming something under the heading I said it first Wanting to be taller The way bank managers talk to you Wrong pronunciation of the word "Adidas" Facebook The greatness of Miley Cyrus Being politically correct Bad grammar Cheap badly made commercials Annoying cell phone ringtones Gum on my shoe Cheap products from China My passport photo Drivers who don’t indicate, You wait for them to pass but they turn off just before. Police with speed cameras who stop you for bieng a tiny bit fast. Abuse of power Politicians perks Anyone who thinks they know me better than I know myself People who whistle tunes TV awards (as they make stuff themselves, then vote for themselves, applaud themselves etc) Brambles
Ah , I feel so much better , it may not be such a bad year after all

Tobacco nearly doubled in price, AGAIN!
Electricity doubled in price
Car Rego saw an increase
My car insurance increased even though it's value decreased.
Groceries continued to rise in price
My rent increased
Telecommunication providers began to charge a fee for paying your bill at a post office. Fortunately the government actually stepped in and made them refund the money to everyone.
Banks announced record profits
Australia's "democratically" elected leader prime minister was removed and replaced without warning.
Societies use of antidepressants increased
My regular restaurant gig of 6 years came to an end.

Dont come and live in Spain it is far worse. My last bank manager, who is definitely younger than me, called me 'hija' ( daughter). I changed banks. Also Granada has just discovered roundabouts and are putting them everywhere, then making them bigger. One roundabout was so big there was no room for cars. And people here have no idea how to drive round them. I saw a bus once reverse as it had missed it's exit. And people park on them, sometimes even double park ! And the main route out of town is only one lane which is also the entrance to the carpark so you get people cueing to park and you cant get out of town unless you use the bus lane where you will definitely get your photo taken and fined.

You miss the point Ron: it's the grammar, the grammar.
Ah yes...I see what you mean now Paul.
Yes that is a good example of something being annoying to you.
In my view, for something to be truly annoying, it must be something that is completely trivial and unimportant, yet has a strange and unproportionate effect in personally stirring you to rage and not readily understood by others.

This one and the couple past years:
Concertized media telling public that the vaporizing of atsronomical sums of money was to be: # For a vast part only nominal, hence just bubble content / none-existing value. Let alone, value that hadn´t gone anywhere; with everybody only having seen loss. # That the responsibles behind the vanish had "failed", as if the creaming off was to be unintentionally. # States pampering the responsible institutions with additional sets of billions for the exact same game to continue, claiming that there was no way around of doing so. Trillions thrown after criminals, while elsewise there allegedly per state was no spare of 2 or 3 billion available for social budgets.
And worst of all:
People eating the cynical ****. Not even in a position to realize the most basic coherence, which would had been to track down where the money has gone, recover it and prosecute the "gamers". Period.
A common sense so brain-washed that it can´t distinguish the most ordinary whereabouts anymore.
Such is the most annoying thing to me. - For this year more even than for the unspeakable intellectual unindependence of past centuries.

"We will learn lessons from this incident and move forward....."
Just about every spineless government, police, bank, church etc who screw up and then give some pathetic press conference quote the above and MANY other cock'n'bull cliches.

Also...
"As you know, the incident is presently subject to inquiry, so you wouldn't expect me to comment on it."
"I cannot comment on individual cases."
"I haven't actually seen that particular document, so obviously cannot comment." (Even though said document has been published in every newspaper and has been on the news for days..)
"First of all, let me express my sincerest condolences and say that my deepest thoughts are with the family and friends..." (good..wasted 6 seconds of awkward interview time..)

No , I used to see him from time to time and he had his workshops on , he lived just near me in the Plaza del Potro , and around the corner from that was Manuel Reyes in Calle Armas 4, also nearby was Paco Serrano in th e same street as me .... A lot of stuff was going on then, this was in the 90's I would see some of them in a bar called Las Plateros , in some nights.....
