Get hold on some records where he's acompanying cante. I'll recommend two cheap ones with Manuel Agujetas: Chant du monde vol. 8. And Sony, serie estelar, Agujetas, fandangos de liberted. I'm not sure its Parilla playing on the last one, but the playing is absolutely top class. Could be Curro de Jerez.
And he was always playing for Paquera, very high energy bulerias and stuff. That is the best stuff for me. There is one fandangos that busts out into bulerias, he plays really rhythmical and intense for her.
Even though the interview with Parilla de Jerez on the Flamenco World site shows the two CD's and gives audio samples, they do not list them as available.
I suspect that since he has recently fallen quite ill, that perhaps many people have started to buy up the existing inventory of his Jondura album. If you can find it, get it. It's a very good album and is a great example of one of the pillars of Flamenco in Jerez. I think most of the recordings of Paquera are with Parilla playing accompanyment since they performed together for so many years. Together they were a pretty powerful flamenco duo.
