since prices for FN guitars seem to have lowered to an attractive level (I guess they were always attractive) I am planing on buying a student model, since this will be my first flamenco guitar (instead of always borrowing ones from others ).
Before ordering I wanted to check on the foro if anybody is interested in selling his/her FN-estudio. This might also solve custom buerocracy (incl. toll) since I live in Germany and would have to pay steep 20% on an imported new one.

Hello ElFlaco,
I should have posted a similar post before buying my own Francisco Navarro. There are two reputable dealers of Francisco Navarro guitars on the forum. You can try visiting

Thanks VietFlamenco,
I thought Ron Hudson might be behind the e-Bay sale... . The problem for me is that if I buy a new one at that price (which is very good I assume), I will have to pay the 20% import tax (applied to items bought at more than € 430,--). That is why I am looking for either someone in Europe willing to sell or somebody from outside Europe willing to sell a USED FN at around $500.

It is funny! I can´t say that I checked Forum-Names before registering. However, I can still make you my role-model ... . Might change may name though (there can only be one flaco...).
