Carmen de las cuevas - Opinion please 

Hi,
Does anyone have experience with this course "Intensive Guitar course" at this organization Carmen de las Cuevas in Granada?

How much are they asking? I would sort out a cheap flight, reasonable hotel and negotiate a couple of hours a day, one-to-one with Emilio Maya but that's just me. On a course you make more friends and people to socialise with in the evenings, I guess.

BTW - You can fly direct to Granada from the UK now so if you are coming from the US, it's probably for a cheaper than going via Madrid.

Kate should be able to fill you in on Las Cuevas.

Its a great school and has a lot of experienced players and teachers. Emilio Maya teaches there. But if you want an intensive course with Emilio privately in his studio that can be arranged. Let me know what you are looking for. You can email me privately through this site.

The group lesson is very reasonable, works out about 10 euros per hour, 2 hours a day. Thanks for the tip on direct flight from UK to Granada, and the price is very good, too. I will try to arange private lesson. Thank you.
