How was the big event? I really wanted to go but was unable to. I just love Manuel's playing and what a great opportunity to see a living legend like Agujetas.
Umm.. to be honest, even I can't quite understand what I was meaning...so there you go..
I must have been in one of my moods.
OK!...I think what I was getting at was that every so often I hear some Flamenco singers flirt with a "Brasiliero" sound to the voice, with the guitarist echoing the same kinda flavour. Jose Merce has done some nice stuff like that too with Vicente Amigo...but actually I'd prefer listening to a good Samba singer doing that stuff with a good Samba/Bossa player rather than Flamenco artists, who are much better at Flamenco.
As I said...I was probably in a mood at the time.. Of no consequence. Just ignore it.
