I know this guy javier from fresno. He took my workshop a couple years ago. I guess when I to the mexican flamenco restaurant I will order the "solea por buleria" combo meal.... 2 enchiladas, 4 tacos, 3 burritos, bean, taco, bean.

Interesting...

OK...The Southern States of the US has "Soul Food"...

So what do you folks think would be considered good tapas or food + drink to put out for Flamencos at a juerga?

I don't just mean Spanish stuff YOU personally like ...more of what Flamencos would regard as "down home" stuff, "comfort food" instantly recognisable by everyone there from their childhood onwards?

Don't forget to look at the whole channel of the food fella.. tons of flamenco teaching vids uploaded on this channel in the last 2 weeks, by him and Corey Whitehead.
