Good questions guys , no answer to both of you

Deniz, the Cante seams to be a Seguiriyas from Camaron, no?
But the rythm is weird.
Maybe some kind of Indian stuff? Don't know.

It's the same old siguiriyas rhythym but fast, the way the old timers used to sing. Some parts of the cante sound like that video where Camarón sings in front of a white wall to an unseen guitarist and a door opens slowly at the end to reveal a sunrise.

Could be Seguiriyas but maybe more a variation of it since it doesnt work out with 12? I have never heard something like that, so an example would be nice (if you have).

Heyho, lurked a long time but now felt like writing because the first vid really flashed me.
Seems it is siguiriyas. If you count in 5´s the heavy beat is the 3 and not the 1. So you feel the 3-4-5 as 1-2-3, which is confusing but really cool.

Hey Deniz, its me, Nick, we played in Eckernförde, cheers.

I really love this forum with all its great players and characters, just am not that talkative

He Deniz,

hope everything is fine with you?!

It´s a fast Siguiriyas like the one from Potito with Diego del Morao (on Barrio Alto).
btw. Diego played on all tracks. Cool CD.

Bis dann

Thx for the answers, i really didnt know about this. If somebody told me to play seguiriyas over this rhythm i would be really confused!
