Conde question

Does anybody have info about Blue Label Condes? What does "Blue Label" mean? and whats behind it as far as grading is concerned?

I am not 100% sure but i think those guitars were made by apprentices.

well, you should examine and play it and find out (if possible)

but the price must be lower than other Condes.
don't pay too much for it.
