RE: Flamenco on 'How I Met Your Moth... (in reply to Ramón)
Also in the same E from Ethan:
The second piece of news from our home in Lebrija is that Arte y Pureza is preparing for a large music festival in Romania. Seven artists will be going as part of Arte y Pureza's feature performance. We are very excited for this show because we are working with friends of ours from Morón and Lebrija who haven't previously performed with Arte y Pureza. The artists will be:
Pepe Torres (Son de la Frontera)- baile Cihtli Ocampo - baile Javier Heredia - baile Anabel Valencia - cante Moi de Morón - cante Ethan Margolis - guitarra Antonio Malena - guitarra
And I missed an incredible photo op' of a lifetime; I was waiting for Ethan and Antonio Moya, playing my new guitar - #1 that I'd built.
Antonio and El Funi walked up and I was crouched down, playing, and 'Tonio and Javier Heredia started doing palmas, and Funi started singing. Cihtli's mom said she ran to get her camera, but by the time she'd gotten back, Antonio was now rockin' MY guitar (he was blown away and loved it. Couldn't believe it was #1).
That would have been a nice photo for my wall; me, playing for Funi....
