FLAMENCO GUITAR GROUP CLASSES on Wednesday nights at Flamenco Latino Studio with Basilio Georges.
Level 2-Beginner (Spanish guitar facility and/or some flamenco background required. Audition may be necessary.), Wed. 7-8:30 pm -Technique, technique, technique -Basic compas patterns in various toques -Basic letra accompaniment, chords, in some toques -Learn to use falsetas you already have, and play them in rhythm
Level 1-Introductory/Basic Beginner (Some knowledge of chords very helpful), Wed. 8:30-10 pm -Slow-paced class -Essential hand positions -Basic Technique -Basic Flamenco forms
Price $70 for 4-pack, $20 individually. Credits can also be applied to Mon. Cante class, 8:30-9:45 pm. Credit cards accepted.
