RE: My wife is getting a flamenco guitar (in reply to Gummy)
Back to the topic. My condolences. A wife who fiddles guitar when I come home from work and need some silence... that is the last thing I would like to have. You know...hobbies are for getting a break from the wife, to hang out with some friends (not the wife...) to charge you with energy. I would tell her she should switch to cooking or something useful.. Wife ..playing guitar...tststs... what a crazy idea..

Im in research... its around 9-12hr/day work..And sometimes at the weekend, too. I start at 8am and finish often around 7pm. I also go to sports about 1,5 hours 3 times a week after work. If I would come home after that and somebody would play an instrument...this person would find it in his arse the next morning.

Well you are British so you should know. Why is that?
Quite simply, because Hugh Grant is responsible for promoting and exporting this ridiculous image that all Brits are a bunch of bumbling buffooning public school ****s.
When in fact, it's just him who's like that.
No worries though, Hugh doesn't like me much either.
