Gipsy Kings's "Duende"

Hey,
I hope this is the right forum to post.
What are the chords played by the accompanying guitars in Gipsy Kings's "Duende"?
And what are the movements of the right hand (how to play the chords)?

Capo - second fret

6 4 2 1
4 2 0 3

@2.12 , you can see the right hand strumming
