Good for you, Duende. I received a couple of donations since posting the accounting, and I will update it next week to show the additional funds and contributors... HOWEVER, there are regrettably a few well regarded names I am sorry I could not add amongst the benefactors...

That's not really possible val.
For the sake of the fundholder being protected from any false accusations, we must publish the "screen names" of the donors so everyone can be satisfied their donation has been accounted for.

(We ask folk to put their "screen name" on the "additional notes" section of the PayPal money transfer form...So even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can even give the $3 to a friend or family member who has to donate on your behalf.)

Ron, you don't need a PayPal account. They take credit and debit cards without the need to create an account.

Hem,

Get someone to lend you a cap.
Sit outside a Bus, Train or Subway station.

Take the cap off your head and hold it out.

You should get $3 within an hour.

Take the $3 to a friend with a PayPal account.

Ask him to send it to gjc@corradomontgomery.com

From your statistical analysis, you conclude:

" If you do not use your real name on the foro, you have a better chance of winning a challenge like this, 4 out of the first 5 placed contestants use something else than their real names."

Another one you could add is:

"If you do not donate anything, you have a better chance of winning."

It's interesting and statistically significant that all our winners have been those who hadn't donated at the time of winning!

My Resignations

Dear all,

With this I confirm that effective today I surrender my resignations as de facto secretary and treasurer of ForoFalmenco. Today I have sent to Escribano, the founder and manager of ForoFlamenco, all funds I thus far held in my custody on behalf of the membership, $451.05 which I rounded up to $500.
These funds represent donations to the Foro Fund and proceeds from sales of our ForoFlamenco album on CDBaby.

I also sent to Escribano the log-in details for said CDBaby account, so that it may manage it at its discretion.

I am pleased with all I have learned during my affiliation with the Foro, and want to thank you all.

This is a wonderful foro and community, despite the occasional imbecile or depressed maniac exceeding the however tolerant boundaries of civility it requires. Please respect it as you would your home, or that of dear friend who is having you over for a drink and some music.

Finally, I wish y’all a happy and prosperous new year.

I am so sorry..... I have mssed something! because I was still waiting for indication to donate......It is my fault.. trully sorry.
