I can't take another picture i'm afraid as the person holding them has taken them away! my camera skills are somthing far from perfect. I had the sunlight coming through those doors the camera tried its best but unfortuantly i still pushed the button.

Thanks for your comments. They are going to record some stuff for me so hopefully you will be able hear them also eventually

very nice Stephen. (alas my own peghead is on hold due to orders following my own posting of pics here on the forum)

Tell me, how do you get that warm orange colour?
Is it the natural colour of the shellac or or are you staining the wood?

no stain barely any colour that is just the cedar! The polish I use is quite a dark shelac mind.

Nice looking guitars Stephen. Are these a matched set or just the same materials for each? How similar are their voices?

The materials are as close as I could get. The necks are from the same tree and the back and sides are from the same tree. the tops however are not. After tuning and various things i ahd to do i would say they're very similar to each other. One has slightly richer trebles I would say. If i get the chance to try this again I will try and get the Tops to have come from the same billet!
