i've been away from the forum for a few months through illness, but now im getting back on my feet i've starting playing my guitar again, unfortunately for me i tuned the guitar and started playing and that right you guessed it, TWANG!
so im in new of some new flamenco strings, i haven't bought new ones before as im only learning, so my question to you is, can you recommend me some new strings for my guitar please,oh and where can i get them from (website links always a big help)
D'Addario Composites are the best I have found. I like the "G" string especially. At first they were horrible - worse than any I have had in a long time regarding pitch. Then, they came around and have kept the kind of tone that I like ever since (over a month).
If so, what is the best string for this guitar in your experience?
it's not just about the guitar. it's about your fingers and your playing style too. plus, every guitar is different, even the ones with the same brand and model number. good luck!

Agreed! The basses didn't last 4-6 times as long as advertised though.
