I don't know if I am fast, but once I got into the world of 'masking', 'channels' and 'paths' in photoshop those photo edits are fairly easy to do. You mask the Lightsaber, put it in the correct angle, place and size. Then in the masking field you mask out the fingers. Then the tricky part begins by clonig, and I've should have done it in another way actually. Clone the background and put it in places where the guitars originally were.
Perhaps the same reason why you guys play flamenco very well. Do it a lot, for a long time.
