I can't help it; I wake at dawn or before, many times practicing in the dark with a cup of coffee... Maybe from being a surfer for so long, chasing waves before daybreak? But I have it figured out when I'm in Spain; I stay until 11 or 12 at night, go home and sleep (I wake at dawn, regardless), get coffee, and 'go back', and say I was "out back" all night, or someone grabbed me and we went to another party, and "HEY! Let's go...Why is everyone so sleepy!!??"
