Palmas

So Ive been thinking recently about learning some palmas, then I see flos post about recording. good idea, but i dont really know where to start. surely there must be some palmas instructional material somewhere?? Anyone know of any thing?

Covers Soléa, Bulerías, Cantinas, Fandangos, Sevillanas, Tangos and Rumba.
Comes with book(let). You can choose to view/hear cajon, palmas, foot, guitar, 2nd palmas ...
The only thing I don't like ist that you can only choose between slow and normal speed
