Being flamenco in 2008 

Here's some good advice from Juan Carmona "Habichuela." I found it in the link to a FlamencoWorld interview that Arash posted in another thread. Juan Carmona says that he gave this advice to Ketama when they started out:

"That they respect people, that they be nice to everybody and that they not argue with anybody. That they shouldn't argue or fight with anybody if they did something that they thought was good but others didn't. Respecting others is the most important thing in life."

The singer Chocolate once said something similar IMO in an interview with the Spanish newspaper El País: "It's not a question of being a better artist but a better person."

Woah Norman that's deep! Actually no it's just good advice. I like it. In fact I'm not gonna wait til 2008, I'll start now.
