Although I can be one at times, I never aspired to be a dork

She is not spanish. My bet is El Salvador. She probably can't understand his Castillian Accent.

No, esta bien. Flamencos only count to 10, and say un do, twice.

Yeah if you ever try counting a fast bulerias and saying, 'once doce', you'll see why they don't say it. Actually I read somewhere that REAL flamencos don't count at all, because like, it's IN THEIR SOUL man.

I count.

most real flamencos i've seen don't have teeth. maybe they dont count or say numbers because they're too shy.

i think ricardo rain cloud is a good name for you, translate it to spanish and you can keep it! see, your career is about to leap to stratospheric heights (by the way the stratosphere is appx 50-60 thousand feet, or at appx 300-500 millibars depending on lattitude)

But they don't run into issues with "cuatro", "cinco", "siete", "ocho", and "nueve"? I like the soul thing, personally.

Hell, me too! I'm just jealous cos I have to use numbers.

But having said that, I remember when I was involved with Brazilian music, I used to get very fed up with the assumption that just because someone was Brazilian they would be able to play, because they had grown up with the music. I met more than one Brazilian who had couldn't keep in time or sing in tune. But somehow because of their nationality they got away with it.

Jeez, I just found out that it's extremely difficult to quickly pronounce "once, doce" after having consumed a bottle of wine.

Yeah, well my point exactly. Not that I could get through a bottle of wine and then dance without tripping over my own feet, let alone count at the same time.
