Cante y Guitarra at the same time

This comes up occasionally. I mentioned in the past this guy Paco Fonta who lives in Miami. I am thinking this is out of necessity, because it is not easy to focus on both, but you can see it can and IS done sometimes.

Juan Jose Amador. I have seen him make a room full of guitarists (Canito, Paco Fernandez, Chuscales, me) all green with envy singing and playing at the same time.
Killer aire.

It's a matter of simplifying what you are doing while you are singing cante and playing the guitar, with the guitar work; wether you are playing fast or slow, it's also a matter of syncopation, and rhythm. It's adjustment from the solo guitar work and it's a matter of choosing the right mode of playing. It is done, and you have to aquaint yourself with matter and know the differences, and practice. You can even mix it up. There are differences that are subtle and quite beautiful. It's great to sing and play!
