Sorry, Romerito. I'd absolutely love to go to something like that, but I'm a broke grad student on the wrong side of the country at the moment. I didn't even have enough money to pay for PdL tickets for his show in D.C., just two hours away. Frustrating.

Hope you have a good time and can report back to make us all feel badly about the good time that we all missed. Just kidding! Seriously, though, maybe you can post a falseta or two here if you learn something cool.

Hopefully the festival will still be going strong in a few years when I have the time and money to go and to pay for a new guitar after that dry New Mexico air cracks mine.

Um, sorry but that is really vague man. I mean the dancers are famous, and we can assume P. Fernandez and Jarrana will be there, but for $1000 it is a bit of a gamble at this stage. If I were to do something like this that would mean no Spain trip for me. It is kind of early to be saying that "shame on you...there are no aficionados" on the board since no one responded yet. Take it easy man!
