Victor Diaz II flamenco negra

Does anyone know anything about "Victor Diaz" guitars? I think it is Victor Manuel Diaz, but not positive. There is a Diaz II negra for sale on eBay but I can't find any info. on the maker on the label: Victor Diaz. Anyone? Thanks.

It could be Victor Manuel Diaz as you say With shop in Beas de Granada. Son of Francisco Manuel Diaz.

as Anders said, calle Gomerez leading up to the Alhambra on the left side going up. Really nice guy. Playes flamenco guitar and was a pro. He let me try his own personal guitar when I was there a few years back. Light as a feather and very flamenco. It was an old guitar and really beaten up. I can't comment on his new guitars as he had none available. I thought that might be a good sign.

The exact guitar for sale on ebay was first sold by Dan Zeff. You'll find some pictures and Dan Zeff's price there..

https://www.danzeffguitars.com/index.cfm

A potential buyer probably would have to take into account that a guitar from 2004 already sold one time and is back for sale now ? Sometimes some guitars have a "special life" : they're good, but because of "bad luck" come accross several owners quickly. But I'm reticent to buy without a "test drive" a recent guitar that have been sold several times already..

I just remember Manuel Diaz.
I have his label at home I'll check it out.
Cheers Anders.

Victor Manuel Diaz was born in 1973... Francisco Manuel, The father, was born in 1942

I heard a lot of good things about Diaz's guitars, but have yet to play one. I think Paco Cortes (Miguel Angel's brother) sometimes plays one.

Legrec's statement about the ebay guitar being the same one as on Dan Zeff's web page looks correct. They sure do look like the same instrument. Especially the signature and rosewood back. However the Zeff photos show a pickup or mic of some kind inside the sound hole and in the ebay pics it can't be seen. Probably hidden by the angle or been removed?
Or maybe two guitars of the same age with the backs cut from the same billet of wood? Is that possible or is the grain too perfect a match and I'm just crazy?

I'm probably crazy.

-Jake.
