La Flamenca magazine

Hey all. Again I might be posting something everyone else knows about, but I just got my first issue of "La Flamenca". Published in Spain and all articles are in Spanish with the English translation just next to it. What a cool way to improve my Spanish!!!

They deliver within Europe, might be of interest to a few of you out there. Not sure about the US, I'm sure it's worth a try, though...

You can make direct email contact in English at: laflamencaingles@auna.com, under "Suscripciones" is all the info you need.

I was a bit weird transfering money for 12 issues onto an account with only an email as an acknowledgement, but the issue did get to me.

From what I've read so far, they seem to pride themselves on being very open and critical. They're relatively new, have just brought out their 15th issue.

It's definitely good to read to keep up on new albums and other flamenco things going on in Spain, I'd be interested in knowing what their reputation in the flamenco world within Spain is, though...
