Not sure why "acuerdate" is in there. Imperative of acordar (to agree). Is something like saying "Granted, it was raining" ?
And how about that last line, "a ti te caía" (you will fall) or "a ti caía" (you fell)? The first is copied from the youtube page but, the second, I modified and it makes more sense (to me). Which is closer? Or is it, "the water, it fell on you"?

Acordarse = to remember.

Not entirely sure, but my guess is that it just means something like "you were soaking wet".
