Madrid Luthiers Question

Hi everyone, this is my first post on the forum!
Have been reading for a while, its simply a great deal of information here. So, I'm in Madrid at the moment playing flamenco guitars searching for the right instrument for me. I'm mostly looking at concert level guitars, but sometimes even the studio models surprised me, partly because I like a guitar with character and a 'dirty' touch with low action and a certain "sesseo/ceceo" (not sure how that's written). So far I've visited, Manuel Contreras, Felipe Conde, Jose Romero (nice guy, cool instruments). Still on my list Manzanero, Manuel Caceres, Pedro de Miguel and a guy named Aaron Barja, who apparently builds under the lable Hnos Barja. Unfortunately I can't get in touch with him, does anyone have his contact?
Also if you have other advice on who to visit, bring it on! I know there's a few threads about this and I read all of them. But the amount of luthiers here is so large that a good personal advice is more than welcome.

Welcome to the Foro!

The terms "seseo" and "ceceo" refer phonologically to the pronunciation of "s," "z," and "theta" in Spanish dialects. No need to go into it here. My question is how are you applying these terms to the sound of a flamenco guitar?
