The domain expires in 7 days. it might be a maintenance issue. And in the text note that it is inactive temporally. but...

Domains usually have a grace period from ICANN beyond the expiry. Looks like it's pretty messed up. The domain is still there, I can ping it and see some random pages...

they've been out a while, considering their recent issues it's very possible that they went out of business...
