Diego del Morao

Excellent buleria with some of his dads falsetas. I didn't realize he was such a big guy, he makes that Conde look small.

he plays at 6:20..

That's one laid back buleria. I'm not accustomed to such a mellow approach to this palo.

He is a big guy and I've noticed quite a few people gain weight when they spend a lot of time playing guitar.

I really like his style... a modern version of Moraito IMHO. I've only listened to his work with Cigala (Picasso) and Nina Pastori (her latest album), and some stuff on YouTube, but you can see he's maturing nicely. A very nice player who is as comfortable playing straight puro Jerez style as he is playing more modern Vicente Amigo-ish harmonies.

Why did noone explain this to me before? I put it all down to the booze and french fries.

maybe he's put on weight 'cos his style is too laid back and he's not moving his fingers around fast enough to burn off enough calories?

i think you maybe have to balance the booze and chips with equal quantities of colombian snuff to burn off the extra calories!

Nice. Would love to have just a smidgen of that groove
and touch in my playing...guess that's what drives us onwards....... and upwards (with my playing! )
:-)

Best

Awesome thanks for posting that Coroy,

I had been meaning to figure out that arpeggio intro after hearing
it on the Antonio Rey album.

This will make things easier for me.

Does anyone know if its Moraitos ?

Cheers
