posting a file or picture

how do I post a file or a picture? im sure its easy but i cant find any directions.

when you click on reply, right under the white box is a link in color that says "click here to upload!" - different file types and sizes are supposed in each subforum...
if you want to post a picture, you can embed it in the post (so everyone sees them instantly), if you choose not to click that option, it'll be a clickable attachment in the post...
