Tarantas convert to Tarantos

Hey there guys, yesterday I was at a dance class and the teacher wanted to do some technique exercises for the body.
I was asked to do something pretty, but because of my i finger I can't really play much. But the prettiest thing I can play is a taranta..but how can/should i convert the music/falsetas to tarantos so there's a rhythm for them to turn their body to.
what speed is tarantos played at? like a tientos or a slow tangos speed?
