Conde Hermanos identification and he...

Hi Guy's,

I'm new here and to flamenco guitars. Somebody offer me this Conde Hermanos in trade,

I can't seem to fin anything about it.... Look like a ef 4 from what I can see but can see one with that Headstock and violin tuners...

What is the model ?
Is the year is 1996?
What is a fair price for it?
Is it a good model?
What are the wood used on those?

Basically, I need help lol
