No-1-Gypsy Flamenco Guitar

There's always so much to learn in flamenco. Just when I thought I was starting to become familiar with most of the major figures, along comes someone I never heard of to remind me of my ignorance.

I just saw an advertisement for a performance by "Antonitas D'Havila No-1-Gypsy Flamenco Guitar... Acclaimed as the greatest living original and authentic Romany Gypsy flamenco guitarist." Furthermore, "Antonitas needs no introduction to his peers or to anyone in the flamenco community".

He really is amazing - check out the run at 0:33

Kids, don't try this at home:

This is great , it's like he has a personality change every 20 seconds or so ,
Nice little tremolo going along ( put the Halo on his head ) ... then all of sudden ,, bang crash, wallop ...a devil pops up , red horns and all and he can't control it .. then ...ahhhh the tremolo is back .....but not for long...........wham , bang....

Benny Hill could have used this somehow I feel .......

smells at strong classical background.
The way he ends up the alegrias with the rumba strumming (ala Peret) is...well find.
