question about spanish laud construction

Dear friends
With warm greetings
I decided to construct Spanish laud (tear drop shape), but I have never experienced on it. Unfortunately because of lack of information my designing process was stopped. I would like to ask you a question about the formula for setting up finger board measures and distances (I measures between to frets or the distance from each fret to bridge). I want to calculate the exact measure of frets and I don’t know what I should do in order not to have false notes. Could you do me a favor and guide me what is the number that scale length should be divided on it in order to calculate the measure of frets, I normally use 475 and 480 mm scale lengths (from the nut to bridge).
