Not a fan of the hip hop but I love Carrasco's "crazy old guy strumming a guitar standing up" thing. Given that what you hear has no correspondence to what he's playing I'm guessing it's just for crazy person aesthetic values, which is awesome.

The next dude who's only doing a poor impersonation of an actual rappist, however, is just embarassing himself. You are not living in Harlem; stop acting like it.

It's just a send-up for a TV show, ramparts.

Old Carrasco is Flamenco Royalty...part of The Jerez Establishment..

But he's always been a bit of a boy for a prank and a laugh all his life.

cheers,

Ron

Don't misunderstand me - everything I said about Carrasco I meant, the dude is awesome! I also meant everything I said about the other guy - joke or not, that's embarassing

Which reminds me, here's yours truly, Matic the foro's favorite Slovenian, and Carrasco and Moraíto.

3 years ago i attended a performance of D. Carasco. I watched 15 minutes and then I moved to the bar waiting for the next show...
