practice schedule

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a great, but easily working schedule-generator program to achieve my long term goals in practice. I hardly have enough time to practice so I must organize my practice seriously to get the results I'm aiming for. I need to be able to set let's say 20 different days with different timetable, where priorities can be set, and the program generates schedules on its own after I determinate the elements.

Do any of You use any kind of software for this, or what are Your own methods?

Thanks

I've done that, but didn't find what I've been looking for. The best one so far was somebody with an excel file that He edited himself, but I'm looking for a much complex one.

I'm also aware of that. Let me put it this way:
first I want to find the best way to efficiently use my limited time by ordering things in accordance to my long term goals.

So my question is still open.

I'm also considering the practice generator by Tom Hess, but what keep me back from using it that You have to pay monthly for it, and can't download a complete program. Anybody using this also?
