Classes for accompanying baile and cante

Emilo Maya has asked me to let everyone know that he is now offering courses in Granada for not only guitar but also for accomanying baile and cante. His guitar courses cost €180 for a week, 2 hours daily with one hour of technique and one hour for studying a particular style or palo. Accomodation is also available in the Albaicín. Courses are also available in compás and dance . Anyone who is interested can get hold of him through my email. kate@andalamusica.com

Emilio was fascinated to hear about his forum and wants to sit down one afternooon and take a listen to the posted recordings, particularly the collective work you have all done together. I'll let you know when it happens and what he says.

So maybe see some of you guys ( and that includes you Emma) here in Granada.

Good ol' Emilio, it was a pleasure to see him play. He was at least an hour late for his performance, showed up and jammed! It looked almost like Paco on stage, with his hair and everything.
