Converting VOB files

Wondering if anyone knows of a free software to convert these files to mpeg or wmv.

Gabe,
I believe DVDs are Mpeg 2 format already. If you have already decrypted the DVD ie with "DVD decrypt" to get it on your computer, try simply changing .VOB to .MPG and play it with your player.
